I recently revived the Seenda Keyboard and Mouse Combo for me to use when I am in office. It’s important to have an ergonomic setup whether you at home or in the office so have a good keyboard and mouse are key to that.
In this blog post I want to cover the follow on the Seenda Keyboard and Mouse Combo:
- Design & Build Quality
- Connectivity & Battery Life
- Usability
- Price
So let’s dive into these in more detail.
Design:
The Seenda Keyboard and Mouse Combo has a sleek design making the combo a great office companion.
Wireless Keyboard:
The keyboard is 100% size which means that you get the number pad which a lot of keyboard don’t as they are reduced size. As well as getting the number pad you also get a more spacious keyboard which add to the typing experience. With raised feet provide the perfect angle for typing comfort.
You get a number row at as well as the function lock as well as 15 hot keys allowing you to quickly access media controls or open your browser. Hot keys are common on keyboards and are great for speeding up your productivity workflow.
In terms of aesthetics the Seenda Keyboard comes in few colours but I went for the black matte finish combo as this looks sleek & professional which fits perfectly into an office environment .
WIreless Mouse:
The Seenda mouse has a curved surface making it fit comfortably in hand. Designed with economics at heart it is curved at the right height to reduce hand and wrist fatigue.
The scroll wheel is not actually a well on the Seenda Mouse it’s actually in the shape of a ball. This is a nice change and makes scroll ball (I think thats what is called) more responsive. In general this is a good mouse to use for log periods of time.
Connectivity & Battery Life
USB-C and USB-A receiver that connects both the keyboard and mouse to your device. So you just plug and play so no messing around looking for it in your bluetooth settings.
Because you have a USB-C/A receiver the connectivity is solid. I have not had any drops in connectivity on either the mouse or the keyboard. The only downside that I have come across is that because you are using a USB-C receiver you will only be able o connect to one device at a time.
This combo is compatible with both MacOS and Windows so you will have no problem with using any device. Great for those of us that use multiple different operating systems.
Both the Seenda wireless keyboard and mouse use batteries rather than being able to charge using a cable. Just to note that the batteries are not included when you get the keyboard and mouse combo.
Both the mouse and Keyboard have a on/off button but also have an automatic sleep mode which activates after 8 mins on no use. This means that the devices are maintains low power consumption leading to longer lasting battery life.
Usability:
With the keys being rounded it took a little bit of time to get used to but once I had used it for a few hours I was not miss typing. The ergonomic design of this full sized keyboard make its easy to use for long periods of time without you wrist feeling fatigued.
The typing experience you get is very good, the keys are responsive and quiet which makes it a great choice for when I am in the office. The smooth matte finish adds a nice skin friendly feel, it doesn’t feel rough to touch or rub when moving across the keyboard itself.
The mouse also has a comfortable feel to it. It’s compact enough to fit neatly into my tech pouch but also bog enough to maintain a good ergonomic feel.
Price:
You can pick up the Seenda Keyboard and Mouse for under £30. I think that this is a great price for what you are getting.
This makes this a great affordable option for your home setup or for taking into the office.
Final Thoughts:
I have being impressed with this combo. Its affordable and packs all the features that you are going to need.
✅ Ergonomic Design
✅ Power Saving Modes
✅ USB-C and A receiver to connect to your device
✅ Compatible with macOS and Window
✅ Greta Price
There are also a couple of drawback for me with this combo.
❌ No charging cable, needs batteries
❌ Only connects to one device at a time
Neither of these drawback are what I would consider deal breakers and more nice to haves.
So if you are on the look out for a new keyboard and mouse combo then you could do a lot worse than to give the Seenda Combo a go.
