As you might know from my previous posts, I love a Magsafe Wallet! So when I got the ESR Geo Stand Wallet, I was keen to start using it to see how it compares to the other MagSafe wallets that I have used in the past.

The ESR Geo Stand Wallet can hold up to 5 cards, with 3 cards in the outer pocket and 2 cards fitting in the slot inside the wallet. I would not recommend trying to put more than that into it to start, as the fit is tight. It may loosen with time, allowing more cards to be added.
On the outer slots, there’s a cutout at the bottom to push your cards up, making them easy to access. The inner card slot has a see-through cover, perfect for your driving licence so you don’t have to remove it when you need to show it. The wallet also supports RFID blocking, keeping your cards safe from being scanned.
Its slimline design makes it easy to fit into your pocket without adding too much bulk. Being slim also makes it comfortable to use your phone with it attached, and I think it actually makes the phone nice to handle.
The wallet is MagSafe compatible, with magnets twice as strong as the official Apple MagSafe Wallet. ESR says it has 1500g of holding — I have no idea what that means scientifically, but in practice, it means it’s not going to fall off easily.
Acts as a Stand
Not only does it hold your cards, but it also acts as a stand for your phone. Having this combo is great, because it means I don’t need multiple MagSafe accessories — I have one that is multi-functional.
It’s as simple as opening the wallet up and using it as a stand in either vertical or horizontal position. You just rotate your phone to the angle you want. This is great for watching content or hopping on a video call without holding your phone for long periods of time.
Retractable Finger Loop
The retractable finger loop is a nice addition to the ESR Wallet again acting as a muli-funtional accessory (removing the need for a pop socket). This adds additional grip to the wallet and also makes it more comfortable when holding your phone.
The loop is quite small so there is only really room to fit one finger in when you are using it to hold your phone.
Apple Find Me
This feature is definitely for Apple users — and it’s super useful. If you’re like me and tend to remove your wallet when you get home (and then instantly forget where you put it), this is a great addition.
By opening the Find My app on your phone, you can see where your wallet was last located (not precision tracking). If you still can’t find it, you can press Play Sound in the app and follow the noise.
It’s really easy to connect your wallet to the Find My app. First, charge up the ESR Wallet using the cable included in the box. The wallet has a long-lasting rechargeable battery, which can go for up to three months on a full 1.5-hour charge.
Once charged, simply hold the button next to the charging port to put it into pairing mode, then add a new device in the Find My app.
Final Verdict
I have enjoyed using the ESR Geo Wallet Stand, the build quality is top notch and feels really premium in hand. My card fits nice and snug so I am not worried about them falling out of the wallet or the wallet falling off my phone with the super strong magnets.
Using it as a stand is really nice and it’s easy to adjust to the angle that you want. Now there are other wallets that do the same such as the Journey Wallet but one of the main advantages of the ESR Geo Wallet is the price coming in at roughly £40 it is significantly cheaper.
If you want a MagSafe wallet that does more than just hold cards — and you don’t want to spend a fortune — this is a fantastic choice.
